Most people don’t realize it, but healthy eating is more about the mind than it is about the body. Before putting anything into our bodies, we make choices and decisions about what we will eat, and unfortunately some of the choices can be harmful. In this program we get to the root of why we are making those choices and we will help you to get on the path to becoming a “Mindful Eater”.

Feeding The Soul

Science is continuing to discover that we are not jut physical beings, but that we also have a spirit and a soul. When the soul is broken, it can lead to all kinds of destructive behavior, including self-harm substance abuse and yes, food addiction. In this program we will help you to begin the process of food addiction recovery by teaching you how to feed your soul first, so that you can then be able to take care of your mind and your body.
